R3L+ Planning Meeting in Munich

The Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich hosted the first planning meeting for the R3L+ project funded by the European Commission from 9-11 December 2009. This project is concerned with developed a quality framework for learning region networks.  Pictured here from the right are:
